the excitement continues

my roommate STILL hasn't moved in.

this is a chair by the BBQ pit. I love it.

kara put my hair in hot rollers. I've never done this before.

It sort of stuck. hotter rollers next time.

I know this is a real school because we have a spotlight.

the spotlight was a source of fascination.

a real Vegas hyptonist named Chris Cady. He scared the crap out of me a little.

my Furry friend Jon.

me smiling after the Fairhaven retreat.

the prayer flags of sorts I made of the amazing things people wrote about me on the trip.
It's been so amazing! the weekend really made a huge difference. I made lots of wonderful friends whose pictures I'm sure will be up soon. Love you all!

Cait, tell more about the weekend retreat: was this an icebreaker sort of thing, or more?

Here's to hoping your roommate never moves in and you get the room to yourself!

yeah it was a bonding sort of event....put us in crappy bunkhouses, make us get to know each other, but feed us really good food. haha it worked though...the fairhaven kids are really cool. the best symbolic part for me was that the dean of our college was in an apron washing dishes all weekend. he's awesome. it's all so exciting!

Yeah, it was symbolic of you being home and watching us do your dishes. :)

I wonder how hard it would have been to steal that spotlight ... that could come in very handy for all sorts of occasions.

ok, you go to college, and you stop updating both blogs... the hell? :-)

Hope you're having fun! Try http://www.tumblr.com instead - quick and dirty posting, but not quite twitter.
